The following Terms and Conditions apply to your access to and use of the ERIG Index website owned and operated by Evergreen Research Pty Ltd.
You may not share your log-in (username and password) to the Website to anyone external to your organisation. Failure to keep your log-in details confidential may result in termination of your access to the Website at our absolute discretion.
Our Quartile Rankings and all material we produce relating to them are intended for wholesale clients only and you must take all reasonable steps to ensure that they are not given, made available or accessible to anyone who is a retail client.
We own and retain all the copyright and other intellectual property rights attaching to the Quartile Rankings.
We have the absolute right and sole discretion to amend, withdraw or re-issue any Quartile Ranking assigned to a Fund and we are not required to give you prior notice should we choose to take such action.
We will use any personal information and data that you provide to us to:
- provide you with access to the Website and the information it contains; and
- record your activity so that we can enhance and improve your user experience.
Your personal information and data will not be shared with any third parties without your consent. We request that you update us if there are any changes to personal information and data that we hold on file (for example, if your contact details change).
